Can you continue my current medications, including biologics?

Yes. During the new patient evaluation we review your full treatment history. For specialty medications and biologics, we coordinate with your pharmacy and work with insurance to maintain coverage wherever possible.

Do you accept insurance?

We operate as an out-of-network provider. We provide itemized receipts for potential reimbursement depending on your plan. We also work directly with insurance to cover labs, imaging, and treatments whenever possible.

How quickly can I be seen?

We understand the urgency of your situation. We open a limited number of new-patient slots each week. We recommend booking your free 15-minute consult as soon as possible slots are filled in order of booking.

Is the 15-minute consult medical advice?

No. It's an informational call to understand your situation, explain how our practice works, and confirm whether we're the right fit. No diagnosis or treatment recommendation is made during this call.

Can I transfer my medical records from CAOC?

Yes. We'll guide you through the process of requesting and transferring your records so your new patient evaluation is as complete as possible.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. In-person appointments in Denver and Boulder. Telehealth available when clinically appropriate.
